Mr. Galano is a Project Manager/Construction Manager in the Community Association department with over 37 years of experience in the construction industry. His background included working as a Construction Manager for over 25 years, handling the day-to-day operations of single family, town home and active adult communities. Mr. Galano has expertise in quality control, architectural oversight and conflict resolution, customer, township and contractor relations, scheduling and budget management.
Aside from being on the boards of many homeowner associations over the years, Mr. Galano has extensive experience in residential construction, code compliance, report and construction defect analysis. He specializes in evaluating architectural and structural plans and specifications, field inspections and report analysis. In addition, Mr. Galano has experience in preparing plans, bid documents, specifications, and supervising staff and management. Mr. Galano serves a key role and is a valuable member of the Community Association Team.
Mr. Galano graduated from Monmouth University with a Bachelor of Science degree and continues to maintain his OSHA certification. He most recently received his New Jersey Building Inspector – RCS license.
Mr. Galano is married, has three children and enjoys skiing, golfing, the beach and spending time with his wife and children.
