Mr. Kurczeski is a Project Manager/Construction Inspector in the Community Association department with over 23 years of experience in construction and the construction management field. He has a broad amount of experience from being a Construction Superintendent with a regional real estate company, where he was responsible for the scheduling and coordination of contractors and personnel while ensuring quality standards, to a Homeowner Service Manager performing inspections, evaluating homeowner concerns, and scheduling contractors to make repairs necessary for client satisfaction. Mr. Kurczeski specializes in construction as well as customer and contractor relations.
Mr. Kurczeski performs inspections of various building components in residential and commercial projects and prepares reports and capital reserve studies. Supporting our Engineers, he assists with the preparation of Plan Specifications and Bidding Proposals. Another key role is project oversight, which includes roof remediation, deck replacement, remediation of building facades and asphalt paving remediation, to name a few.
Mr. Kurczeski is married with two young sons and enjoys watching them both play sports and teaching them the fundamentals of building construction and repairs.
