Mrs. Feigin is a Senior Project Engineer specializing in Civil Engineering, Planning and Community Association Services. She has extensive experience with Land Development, Planning and Zoning Boards, Government Agency Permitting, Stormwater Management Design, Site Plans, Subdivisions, Utilities, Feasibility Studies and Field Inspection Services. Throughout her 20+ year career, Mrs. Feigin has seen countless projects through; from proposal, to design, to approval and ultimately through construction.

Mrs. Feigin performs stormwater management basin inspections for Community Associations throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania to meet each state’s and municipality’s requirements for inspections and reporting. She also provides design plans and specifications for basin remediation as well as preparation of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) manuals. In addition, Mrs. Feigin works with Community Associations to provide grading and drainage remediation solutions, recreation facility upgrades, paving specifications and many other design and inspection services.

Mrs. Feigin is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the States of New Jersey and Pennsylvania and a licensed Professional Planner (PP) in the State of New Jersey. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology in 1995. Mrs. Feigin obtained her NJ Professional Engineering license in 2000, her PA Professional Engineer license in 2018 and her NJ Professional Planner license in 2018.

Mrs. Feigin is a past president and active member of the Ocean County Society of Professional Engineers, through which she volunteers at the annual MathCounts competition for middle school students. She is married and the mother of three high school and college-age young men. She can be found at the beach or watching her sons play a baseball game in her free time.
