Mr. Roach is a Project Manager/Construction Inspector in the Community Association department with over 22 years of experience in construction, construction management, facilities management, and engineering services. His background includes coordination, supervision, inspection, forensic investigation, report writing, scheduling and budgeting for both residential and commercial construction.
Mr. Roach has worked for community associations, commercial properties, high-rise and residential projects. He has specialized in facilities management specifically in coordination and management of construction projects across Monmouth County. Mr. Roach also managed community association projects and worked in construction management of mid to large scale residential and commercial construction projects responsible for all aspects of construction management including bidding, coordination, budgets, schedules, supervision and inspection. Mr. Roach is very knowledgeable in new construction, design-build, structural, waterproofing, concrete, façade, plumbing, mechanical, roofing, siding and restoration projects. He maintains positive and productive relationships between communities, property managers, contractors, and engineers. In addition, Mr. Roach provides expert report writing and transition report writing.
Mr. Roach attended Delaware County Community College in Media, PA. He holds OSHA certification, Certified Pool Operator, CPR, confined space, ladder safety, fall protection training and continues to maintain and add to safety and professional training.
Mr. Roach volunteers his time with the YMCA of Western Monmouth County, Rotary Club International, and St. Rose Church in Belmar, New Jersey. Him and his wife Trisha live in Lake Como, New Jersey with their 3 children. Mr. Roach enjoys skiing, golf, hiking and spending time with his family at the beach.
