Mr. Kiessling is a Project Manager/Construction Inspector in the Community Association department with over 30 years of experience in the construction management field. His background includes project management for residential, commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare construction projects throughout Central and Northern New Jersey.

Mr. Kiessling has expertise in coordinating and directing all aspects of construction projects, such as budget management, code compliance, bid evaluations, plan review, take-off quantities, pricing and bidding. He specializes in performing inspections, evaluating construction issues, preparing reports and overseeing projects. Mr. Kiessling also prepares and reviews plans, bid documents, and specifications. His broad depth of experience in the construction industry has allowed him to serve an important role on the Community Association team, taking on tasks such as staff supervision and management.

Mr. Kiessling continues to stay educated in all aspects of the field through construction management workshops, computer courses and safety trainings, including obtaining OSHA certification. He holds a National Community Association Institute Reserve Specialist Designation (RS) as well as a New Jersey Building Inspector – RCS license.  Most recently, Mr. Kiessling received his American Concrete Institute (ACI) Concrete Field Testing Technician – Grade I certification and joined the ACI as a member.

Mr. Kiessling has volunteered for Family Promise of Monmouth County, Interfaith Hospitality Network of Ocean County, the Special Needs Ministry and Stephen Ministries both a part of the Presbyterian Church of Toms River. He is an avid runner and completed the New York City Marathon in 2013.
