Ms. Voorhees is a National Community Association Institute Reserve Specialist (RS) and licensed New Jersey Building Inspector Residential and Commercial Specialist (RCS). She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Rutgers University. Ms. Voorhees is the Director of Community Association Services.

Ms. Voorhees has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, with a focus in the Community Association field for over 20 years. Her extensive construction background has allowed her to become an integral part of the Community Association industry, specializing in the preparation of expert reports, such as reserve studies; transitions, their follow up and negotiations; condition assessments and due diligence . She is highly experienced in performing inspections, as well as evaluating construction defects for remediation of water infiltration, stucco failures, grading and drainage and storm water management. She also has expertise in preparing and reviewing specifications and providing contract oversight and bid analysis for a variety of projects. Ms. Voorhees has trained others in the field and also offers her expertise at numerous industry events, in which she participates as a speaker. She continues her education to maintain her RCS license, being sure to keep up with current codes and compliance.

Ms. Voorhees is an active member of the Community Association Institute (CAI), the New Jersey Chapter of CAI, the Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapter of CAI and the Hudson Valley Chapter of CAI. In 2010, she was honored by the New Jersey Chapter with the prestigious Jerome M. Fein Distinguished Services Award in recognition of her outstanding and dedicated service to the organization. She is presently a member of the Board of Directors for the New Jersey Chapter of the CAI and serves on various committees for the Pennsylvania/Delaware Valley Chapter. Ms. Voorhees currently serves as President of the Board of Directors of the National Foundation for Community Association Research.

Ms. Voorhees also supports a number of charitable organizations, participating annually in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk. She has been a member of the Handicapped High Riders Club, where she set up and participated in fundraising horseback rides. In addition, she participates in an annual campaign to provide funding to needy families during the holiday season. Ms. Voorhees is the mother of two sons and the grandmother of four granddaughters and two grandsons.
