Mr. Beahm is a Project Manager with over 30 years of experience in construction and construction management, property management and engineering services. Prior to joining DW Smith, Mr. Beahm was the President and Owner of JCB Construction Management, LLC dealing with both residential and commercial construction projects throughout the Northeast. He was responsible for the overall project management, budgeting of jobs, coordinating contractors and maintaining the project schedule.

Mr. Beahm specializes in all aspects of Community Association Services. His extensive history in both construction and engineering services has enabled Mr. Beahm to become an essential part of the DW Smith Community Association Services team. He has been involved in the preparation of expert reports, inspections, as well as identifying construction related issues both efficiently and expeditiously. His expertise in construction matters has helped Mr. Beahm to identify any and all issues relating to the construction of both residential and commercial projects, including but not limited to: water intrusion, foundations, framing, electrical, plumbing, roofing and siding. Mr. Beahm has prepared and reviewed bid documents, specifications, site plans and subdivision and construction plans. Mr. Beahm has demonstrated his ability to supervise and manage staff and has been instrumental in our training program. He is currently working toward obtaining his New Jersey Building Inspector Residential and Commercial Specialist (RCS) as well as his National Community Association Institute Reserve Specialist (RS).

Mr. Beahm attended Brookdale Community College. He continues to maintain his OSHA Certification and New Jersey Boiler Operators License. Mr. Beahm is also a member of Laborers’ International Union of North America. In addition, Mr. Beahm is married and is the father of two. He volunteers his time as a coach for the American Youth Football League and the Toms River Lacrosse Club and is a member of the Italian American Cultural Society of Ocean County.
