Ms. DiPasquale is the Media Specialist at DW Smith Associates with experience in different aspects of media, information technology, marketing, and human resources. This includes social media, web design, Microsoft Office, graphic design, directing/producing/writing videos, creating flyers and various advertisements, photography, new employee onboarding, and more. Prior to joining DW Smith, Ms. DiPasquale was the Human Resources Manager for a local marketing and sales firm. She was responsible for booking interviews with prospective employees, new employee onboarding, various front desk administrative duties, closely communicating with colleges in the area, and the firm’s social media platforms.

Ms. DiPasquale specializes in Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, but has a vast knowledge of YouTube, Snapchat, Pinterest, Tumblr, and other social media platforms. She runs multiple contests and creates daily posts which showcase what DW Smith has to offer. she has a background in HTML coding, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher. Ms. DiPasquale creates flyers and advertisements using her graphic design and photography skills. In addition, she runs the DW Smith website, completes various administrative tasks, and is coordinating the writing process of different books to be released.

Ms. DiPasquale graduated from Monmouth University in 2015 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication with a concentration in Radio and Television, as well as a certification in Information Technology. When she is not in the DW Smith office, Ms. DiPasquale is running her online bullying prevention campaign, Bullies Revealed, and speaking to local schools about her story. She is starting a YouTube channel dedicated to decreasing the amount of bullying that takes place in the world, particularly towards the disabled community. Ms. DiPasquale loves going to the beach, exercising, dancing, singing, acting, and watching football and hockey.
